I am one of those people that have to have treatment for anxiety before having a dental treatment, however, I find Dr Ravi and his whole team so very patient, kind, professional and knowledgeable that so far I have been doing very well without any pre-appointment treatment. I've met Dr Ravi and his team back in 2018 in a practice in central London. Now he has his incredible boutique studio, super clean, modern and always with this calmness feeling, like a spa. (Not exaggerating) Everything that I can say is I have never had such an amazing treatment. Dr. Ganatra and his assistants Anna, Beyoncé and Malti, not only always receive me with a big smile, they are extremely kind and always take care of me 100%. Recently, I've started with my Invisaline treatment. I have a challenging denture, he took the time to carefully study my case, not only with one specialist, if not with 5 to get the results that I need. The time and consideration that Dr. Ravi Ganatra and his team puts on his patients is unbelievable. It's the first time that actually I'm not scared or have the feeling of not wanting to go to the dentist. He doesn't make it painful or make you hurt anyway. For me the most horrible part is the anestesia, and with him I don't feel anything. Every 15/20min he is always asking me if I'm fine and if I need something or have a break, he does everything to make it as pleasant as he can. Call me exaggerated, but I always fall asleep. Not only that, he also shows you all the process and the final results are amaziiing!! That's the reason even though I moved 2hs away from his practice, I kept attending with him. Totally worth the money. I'm really happy and for sure he will be my and my families dentist for ever. --------------- I wanted to share an update on my Invisalign journey: I just wanted to say how happy I am that I decided to do my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Ravi. The results have been amazing so far, and I honestly couldn’t recommend a better professional. One of the things I appreciate the most is how much time, care and attention he puts into everything he does. My case isn’t the easiest one, and instead of taking the obvious route, he carefully studied it, consulted with several specialists, and made sure we had the best possible plan before starting. You can really tell that he genuinely cares about achieving the best possible result for every patient. Every appointment has been such a positive experience. As I mentioned in my previous review, Dr. Ravi is incredibly professional, meticulous, and always makes sure I’m comfortable. Nothing ever feels rushed, and he explains everything so well that I always leave feeling confident about the next step. I also have to mention the amazing team again. As I said in my previous review, Anna, Beyoncé and Malti are always so kind, welcoming and caring, and they make every visit feel easy and relaxed. A special thank you to Binisha, my hygienist, who has been looking after my gums and teeth with so much care and kindness. She puts so much love into what she does, and just like Dr. Ravi, she genuinely wants the very best for every patient. You can really feel how much everyone cares, and that’s something very special. As I mentioned in my previous review, the clinic itself is beautiful. It’s modern, spotless and has such a calm atmosphere that it almost doesn’t feel like going to the dentist. I’m genuinely so happy with the final results of my Invisalign treatment. The outcome has exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Went in for a hygiene clean with Binisha who was absolutely fantastic! She did an excellent job, I will definitely be back for my next clean here. I highly recommend her.
