Invisalign®

Invisalign^® is a virtually invisible way to straighten your teeth and achieve the smile of your dreams.

Using advanced 3D computer-imaging technology, you can view your complete treatment plan based on your prescription, so you will see what your teeth will look like when they are straightened.

A series of clear plastic aligners are custom-made for your teeth. Each aligner is worn for approximately 1-2 weeks for 20-22 hours each day before being replaced by the next in the series to gradually and gently reposition your teeth.

Your dentist will monitor your progress every 4-6 weeks. Following the completion of your treatment, you will be given a retainer to wear to ensure your teeth do not relapse to their former position.

You may experience minor discomfort each time you insert a new aligner. This is normal and typically described as a feeling of pressure. This means the aligners are working. The discomfort subsides within a couple of days and can be alleviated with OTC pain relievers.
